HVAC Lead Installer- Full Time

$15 – $30 an hour

​

• Creating and executing installation plans is part of your responsibility. This includes evaluating the building's layout and determining the best placement for HVAC equipment, ductwork, and other components.

• It is also your job to ensure that installation is carried out safely and in compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations. 

• Along with supervising the installation team, you must communicate effectively with other stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, and clients. This involves providing frequent progress updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

• As the lead installer, you must be comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic instruments. 

• Finally, to excel in this position, you must possess strong leadership abilities. This includes motivating and guiding your team, providing constructive feedback, and cultivating a positive work environment. You must also be able to make quick and confident decisions, often under pressure.

Install Helper- Full Time

$10 - $15 an hour

​

• Assist with the installation of various products and equipment

• Load and unload equipment and materials from the installation vehicle

• Set up and clean up job sites

• Follow instructions from the lead installer and work effectively in a team environment

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Perform other duties as assigned

Customer Sales Representative

20% per sale

​

• Conducting consultations with customers to understand their HVAC needs and preferences

• Recommending HVAC products and services that align with customers' needs and budgets

• Providing customers with pricing information and detailed proposals

• Following up with customers to answer questions and address concerns

• Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Collaborating with other members of the sales team to meet team sales targets

Field Technician

$25 - $35 Per call

​

• Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues

• Installing new HVAC equipment

• Performing system tests to ensure proper functioning

• Keeping accurate records of all work performed

• Providing excellent customer service to clients
